Caleb's Playhouse was created with one simple belief: dogs deserve a place where they feel loved, understood, and truly at home. We're more than a doggie daycare-we're a second family.
Every dog in our care is treated as an individual, with attention to personality, comfort level, and needs. From playful pups to laid back loungers, we create a safe environment where dogs can build confidence, friendships, and joy.
Our team is passionate about safety, enrichment, and positive experiences. We focus on clean spaces, supervised play, and thoughtful routines so every day at Caleb's Playhouse feels exciting and secure.
When your dog is here, they're not just boarding or playing-they're part of the Playhouse family.
Meet the Owner
Alicia has been a dog trainer for 20 years and it all started with her dog Caleb, who was rescued from the road scared and injured. Caleb started life in poor conditions with previous injuries from possibly being hit by a car and emotionally traumatized. It did not take long for Caleb and Alicia to form a life long bond.
Alicia and Caleb started their training journey at Petsmart where Caleb became her demo dog helping families create special bonds through training. But they wanted to help more families so she joined her best friend Tiffany and her dog Pluto at Dog Training Pluto's Way. She has now been the owner of Dog Training Pluto's Way for 11 years and continues to form special bonds with owners and their dogs.
Along with operating Caleb's Playhouse and Dog Training Pluto's Way with her husband Andrew, she is also involved in Search and Rescue with her two Cadaver dogs (Greedy and Caleb) and trailing dog (Chubbs). She is also passionate about working dogs and is a judge for American Politiehond Association and actively competes when she is not judging.
Alicia is very passionate about dogs and making sure every dog is fulfilled both mentally and physically.
Meet Caleb 2.0
Caleb 2.0 is a small guy with a BIG personality. He is mix of over 10 breeds and full of life and a ton of energy. He loves playing with his best friend Outbreak, who is a malinois, but that that does not stop Caleb from taking charge while playing.
You may ask, Why is his name Caleb 2.0? Well he is actually a clone from the original Caleb. Caleb was Alicia's ride or die buddy who helped in the best times and worse. He was by her side for 18 wonderful years. The bond between them was very special so a decision was made 10 years ago, to take tissue samples from him and when he and his best friend Pluto passed, they would be cloned together. Not only did he have a special bond with Alicia, but him and Pluto were best friends and went on tons of adventures together.
Three years after Caleb passed, Caleb 2.0 was born! He wants to create more friendships in this lifetime and help other dogs find their best friend for life as well!
